The Tarrant County College Foundation matched these scholarships to students attending TCC in their second year.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY: To qualify for the scholarship, the winner must: 1.

Have completed academically for all four (4) years in a Fort Worth ISD high school and are in the top 25% of their graduating class; 2.
