ICBRA 2019 aimed at keeping abreast of the current development and innovation in the advanced of research area on Bioinformatics Research and Applications as well as providing an engaging forum for participants to share knowledge and expertise in related issues.Advances in Bioinformatics is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal that publishes original research articles and review articles focusing on computational and statistical methods to address biological problems. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, descriptions of new algorithms and databases, insights using bioinformatic tools, and novel applications. The research papers will be technical presentations of new assertions, discoveries and tools, intended for a narrower specialist community. The tutorials, reviews and critical commentary will be targeted at a broader readership of biologists who are interested in using computers but are not knowledgeable about scientific computing, and equally, computer scientists who have an interest in biology but are not familiar with current thrusts nor the language of biology.Prices in € represent the retail prices valid in Germany (unless otherwise indicated).
